You will all agree that when The Love Vintage Fairs around Australia, as we knew them, stopped …..we all felt a sinking feeling in our tummy’s!  After a it sunk in.. we missed them terribly…  It was such a fabulous fair, an incredible community of like minded people coming together to celebrate all things old, collectible, vintage, retro, quirky, antique and some things just darn right sensationally exquisite and rare… With so many exhibitors making sales to see them through the year and so many visitors buying up their yearly quota of Vintage Fabulousness and in between, we were all entertained by the amazing talents on the catwalk, the stages and surrounds…. well…

GUESS WHAT??? The Team at Expertise Events and with Miss Chrissy & The Lindy Charm School For Girls On Board 100-%, we feel its time to bring The Love Vintage Fairs Back To Life!  Not only bring it back but bring it back to its full former glory again…. BUT, as with every birth of a sensational idea, we need to nuture, take baby steps and ride on the back of the existing successes of other fairs to capitalise on the traffic, the collaborations and the advertising!  This is why we are LAUNCHING the new LOVE VINTAGE FAIRS as part of the Stitches & Craft Fair for 2016….

** Previous Stitches and Craft Shows attract between 10,000 and 15000 patrons to each show**  Lots of traffic, new audience and clever displays of your wares will = sales…**

**NB:  When The Lindy Charm School For Girls was asked to come on board and be a part of the 2015 program this past year, I was unsure as to our fit…  I was so very pleasantly surprised but the outcome:  This is what I found:

• The Shows were HUGE.. The Traffic was plenty and the demographic was wide;
• I was introduced to a WHOLE new audience and the chance to up-sell and preach to the (Not yet converted) was wonderful..  My sales, My Reputation, My Identity and my forward exposure grew and grew with every show around Australia…  Was it worth it?  YES!
• Vintage, Up Cycling, Re-cycling, Re-Purposing, Retro, and Making Do and Mending were such a great fit with people looking to be crafty in so many more ways than just the conventional way.  Textiles and Fashion and the lessons of the past mixed a treat and were a hit….  This audience embraced the vintage fashion history, lessons and tricks of the past and I believe, if you are clever with your sell, you will gain lots of new clientele..

Vintage Clothing & Textiles is an area at the show where visitors can buy finished retro and vintage items. As exhibitors can get face-to-face with thousands of shoppers who love textiles and appreciate clothing of yesteryear, this is perfect for you – particularly if your business exists mainly in the online environment.
