Hello Charm School Family and Friends!
We’re absolutely thrilled to share the latest happenings at The Lindy Charm School, and let me tell you, it’s going to be a whirlwind of charm and style in the coming weeks and months.
✨ Recap: Central Coast Delight:
We recently had a blast on the Central Coast, where we hosted Vintage styling workshops and a pop-up salon at the fantastic Chromefest. It was a splendid time, and we can’t thank everyone enough for joining us.Swing-A-Billy Ray played the best tunes all weekend, I worked and worked and then shopped and played, it was perfect weekend of balance. Some highlights were definitely having a Pop Up Salon at a Festival again.. It’s been a hot minute since I did that. It was a hub for all the girls to hang, catch up and meet new friends as well as get their hair and makeup done! Another highlight was watching the Swing Katz perform! Wow, they are simply amazing. Their Lindy Hop routines made my heart sing! A special mention to the gals from The Australian Pinup Pageants who did a stella job with their “all inclusive/diversity pageant”! What a hoot and congratulations to all the winers! On the road with my husband and best friend doing what we love together… you can’t ask for much more hey! 🎉 Kitsch in the Switch:
Next week, we’re off to “Kitsch in the Switch,” where you can experience the charm of our pop-up salon. Plus, don’t miss the chance to hang out with the one and only Swingabilly Ray, the DJ extraordinaire. The fun begins at 4 pm at the Ipswich Showgrounds. I will be doing retro/vintage/pinup Hair and Makeup from 4pm til 9pm – get your Saturday night pinup groove with me! – Call or text: 0409 727 888 to book. My Pop Up Salon will be located by the main stage near Swing A Billy Ray.
🎶 Time Travel Through the Decades:
ROAD TRIP ANYONE???
But that’s not all! The excitement continues as we head to Melbourne on Saturday 18th November to co-host the most epic event of the year – “AREA ERA.” It’s a party through the Decades, a time-travel journey filled with dancing, music, and visual delights. We’ll start from the Roaring 1920s and groove our way through the decades, ending at the Y2K era. Join us for an unforgettable journey through time with Retropolis Melbourne.

🎄 Pre-Christmas Festivities:
As the holiday season approaches, stay tuned for more details about our pre-Christmas festivities. We’ve got something special in store for you, and it’s going to be fabulous! I will also package up some GIFT VOUCHER OFFERS for Christmas presents for you all as well. I better better pull my pantyhose up ad get on to it… November already!! 🌟 New Year, New Adventures:
In the New Year, we’re hitting the road again with our workshops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and, of course, our beloved Gold Coast. Get ready to elevate your style and charm in 2023! I will look into Canberra as well!
