About Chrissy and The Lindy Charm School for Girls:
The fabulous Chrissy Keepence founded The Lindy Charm School for Girls in 2006 as there were precious few opportunities left for modern girls to learn traditional beauty techniques.
The Lindy Charm School is passionate about reviving the glitz and glamour of the 20’s to the 60’s – keeping the traditions of our foremothers alive by introducing girls to red lipstick, pin curls, victory rolls, finger waves, bullet bras, girdles, garters, seamed nylons, sky-high heels and how to wear them with a wiggly walk to boot.
Workshops are held around the country and will teach you how to create hairstyles from the 20’s to the 60’s using traditional & modern methods in addition to how to apply make-up to give a classic, beautiful finish. Sign up to the Lindy Charm School newsletter for more info on 2012 workshops and events coming up soon.
