Calling all Tasmanian and Melbourne Galls, I am looking for gals to model (no experience necessary) for the following two craft and quilt fair shows in Tasmania and Melbourne. I can offer the following in exchange:
1. Free tickets/Vip entry to the craft and quilt fair on any day for your friends and family
2. I will cover any of your out of pocket expenses – Travel etc
3. I invite you to sit in or partake in my Vintage Styling Masterclass 1.5 Hrs of instruction FOC
4. I will take you to lunch in between shows with the other girls
5. A Fun, informative and great networking experience
6. I will do your hair and makeup if you can’t do it yourself.
What I need:
3 Gals for each day of the fair, sizes 8-12/14 – Any ages welcome. 9am or 10am to 12.30pm or 1.00pm (Depending on which show)

Tasmania: Friday 10, Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 July – Show hours are 10am to 4pm but I only need you from 10am to 1pm. Just need you to bring your owns shoes (1 pair of flats and 1 high heels in either red, black or white), pantyhose. If you are able to do your hair and makeup or one or the other then that would be great (saves time backstage). Details of presentations:

STAGE PRESENTATIONS DAILY AT THE FAIR
11am Glamour Retained – Dress Like a Movie Star on Pennies a Day! Learn the secret of being a well dressed woman enhancing what you have and embellishing where necessary. Dressing up can be just a matter of nipping and tucking in the right places and adding your own ‘stamp’ or personality to complete the outfit. Save some of your craft skills to use on you!
12.30pm Making Do and Mending: Grab those throw-out vintage pieces that cost nickels and dimes and trick them up using your craft and embellishing skills. Learn how a ‘Little Touch of Seasoning Makes the Dish Just Right’ can take you from day to night. A couple of clever changes and you will be ready to party!
3pm – 4pm Friday only:
Masterclass with the Mistress of Vintage Style, Miss Chrissy Keepence
Fancy a little old-school glamour? Let Miss Chrissy show you her make-up techniques and tricks to create the perfect pin-up look – and pick up lots of great tips to use every day. Plus style your hair to create a special ‘do’ influenced by a variety of eras from the 1930s to the 1950s – and learn what styles suit your look. You’ll learn to achieve that primped, preened look!
MELBOURNE SHOW:
Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 July – Show hours are 9am to 4.30pm but I only need you from 9 to 12.30.
