I feel extremely honored and blessed to be speaking about Advanced Care Planning and Palliative Care for the Harrow Bush Nursing Center.  Sharing my Family Story and what I have learned along the way about preparing yourself and your loved ones for nursing someone you love through palliative care and preparing each other for this journey is one of the hardest tests of your life and in itself a journey of discovery of the strengths, the weaknesses and the amount of love and compassion you never thought possible in you..  As much as you thought you had, nursing someone shows how much more is in you…  ..  I feel blessed that this opportunity has presented itself to me on my own journey of self healing as well.
