I’m new to your wonderful website. Thankyou. I love all things vintage…have done for years. Whilst I don’t dress vintage with a glorious red lip & 50’s ‘do’ on a daily basis (5 teenagers between myself & my partner MIGHT have something to do with it!!) its my favourite era and I love love love it.
I see you are looking for presentation models for the Sydney leg of the Craft and Quilt Fair.

Iāve been asked to come back to Sydney for the Craft and quilt Fair again which is great and I thought I would email you all to see if any of you would like to participate again as per last year. It runs Wed 17th June to Sunday 21st. Here is my program for stage and workshops BUT I would only need you from say 9am to 12.30 ie: the first two presentations.
Bring your own shoes (Red, Black white or Cream High Heels), pantyhose and if you can do your own hair and makeup that would be good and I can just touch up and fix up if necessary back stage on the day. We are going 1930ās to 1950ās looks.
I can cover your out of pocket expenses, transport & lunch etc plus offer you free entry tickets to give to your friends (I just need their names for the door) plus invite you to be my guest at one of my masterclasses at the show (Optional)
GETTING THERE ā ITāS EASY AS 1, 2, 3ā¦

1. FREE ferries from Darling Harbour (10 minute trip) and Circular Quay (30 minute trip)
2. FREE buses from Central Station (25 minute trip)
3. DRIVE, TAXI or PRIVATE CAR drop off at the front door. PARKING at the new venue is plentiful and now cheaper!

10am Glamour Retained ā Dress Like a Movie Star on Pennies a Day! Learn the secret of being a well dressed woman enhancing what you have and embellishing where necessary. Dressing up can be just a matter of nipping and tucking in the right places and adding your own āstampā or personality to complete the outfit. Save some of your craft skills to use on you!
12noon Making Do and Mending: Grab those throw-out vintage pieces that cost nickels and dimes and trick them up using your craft and embellishing skills. Learn how a āLittle Touch of Seasoning Makes the Dish Just Rightā can take you from day to night. A couple of clever changes and you will be ready to party!
2pm Shape Shifters ā Shapes through the Decades and the Importance of Undergarments: See how to lose 3 to 4 inches in minutes, find your curves, and put the wiggle back into your walk. Chrissy will also explain the importance of underpinnings and how they relate to posture and ultimate confidence. Youāll be impressed as she shows you quick and easy ways to create a perfect vintage ādoā in minutes with not much more than a comb and some sturdy grips.

Masterclass with the Mistress of Vintage Style, Miss Chrissy Keepence
Fancy a little old-school glamour? Let Miss Chrissy show you her make-up techniques and tricks to create the perfect pin-up look ā and pick up lots of great tips to use every day. Plus style your hair to create a special ādoā influenced by a variety of eras from the 1930s to the 1950s ā and learn what styles suit your look. Youāll learn to achieve that primped, preened look!

Get a ānight out hair-doā special!
Have a hair do created just for you in a great āvintageā style by Miss Chrissy. Youāll look smashing for a special evening out on the town!
